Our Process

I work with a team to take you from concept, through copy writing, function of your site, automation to completion.

We start with a quick online questionnaire followed by a free 15 phone consultation.

Once we have decided to work together on your project we jump in with both feet in a one-on-yourteam strategy session. This takes about 1.5 hours. We discover where you are now, where you plan to be and how the Internet and technology can help you get there. This may include revamping your marketing strategy, your offer or USP (Unique Selling Proposition), it may include copy writing, logo design, automation, newsletter and/or autoresponder series setup, etc.

I specialize in helping experts communicate what is unique about their product or service. Coaches, consultants, trainers, authors, professionals and service providers are my focus.

Organization and associations fall into this group in that they need a solid communication base with their membership.
